Did You Lose Something?
Martz is not responsible for lost items, however, we offer a courtesy service to help try to retrieve items left on the bus. Customers must report lost items by calling 540-898-6959. You are asked to leave a detailed message that includes your name, call back number, date of travel and a detailed description of the lost item. A Martz Representative will contact you within 3 business days (excludes weekends).
